Wrestling Is For Girls is a weekly podcast where we talk about all things wrestling with more color commentary than play-by-play. We think this larger-than-life combat sport soap opera is for everyone, no matter how you like to watch or who you are. Join us each Thursday for new episodes as we talk Raw, Smackdown, PPVs, news, and more.

  • Abigail first smelled what The Rock was cooking in 2000 and has been watching wrestling ever since. While she’s wandered in and out of wrestling fandom a few times, she keeps coming back if only to put grad school to good use, talking to anyone who will listen about how pro wrestling is part Shakespearean theater, part modern soap opera, and all-around epic. She’s a writer by day, novelist by night, and horror movie enthusiast by later night. Follow Abigail on Twitter at @stabigailsaid.

Jillian watched wrestling as a kid, but fell out of it until she met Abigail in grad school. Watching wrestling with a friend made everything better. She gets to do that again by way of this podcast. She’s a novelist in training and a little melomaniacal.
